Shiraz
Deep black in colour, the nose reveals ground coffee bean, blackberry, bramble, black fruit, spices, and pepper. The palate offers deep spiced plum fruits, chocolate, and rich melt in the mouth tannins finish with great length.

A wine of phenomenal texture with brooding savoury bresaola notes offset by waves of ripe cherry, crushed red florals and chocolate. Lustrous and impressively long.
Decanter World Wine Awards, 95 points, Gold, 2025
This fine Barossa Shiraz is also from the Lyndoch sub-region and sees a couple of years in new French oak. Under cork. A dark plum hue, this is a seriously impressive Shiraz. Rich, balanced and concentrated, the nose gives a weave of aromas with mulberries, mocha, plums, coffee beans, bergamot, cloves and chocolate. There is good oak integration here, bright acidity, supple texture and a very long finish. Powerful stuff; this is certainly a 15- to 20-year proposition.
