Deep red black in colour with ruby hues. The nose has lifted black pepper, spice and ripe plums. French oak adds an extra layer of complexity, adding aromas of fresh black coffee. The palate has deep plum fruits, dark chocolate, and pepper with a plump full-bodied mouth feel. Firm velvety tannins give the wine a lovely mouth filling presence and will ensure great aging potential.
